Billing Issues
If you have a question about an invoice you have or have not received as a result of an Emergency Department visit to Bronson Methodist Hospital, Allegan General Hospital, Bronson LakeView Hospital, or Oaklawn Hospital, after September 1, 2002, please contact our Billing Service toll-free at 1 (866) 898-7139 as we do not have billing information in our office.

Prescription Requests

For prescription requests or renewals, you must contact your primary care physician.  Once you are discharged from the Emergency Department, our physicians and midlevel providers do not write prescriptions.
