Billing Issues
If you have a question about an invoice you have or have not received as a result of an Emergency Department visit to Bronson Methodist Hospital, Allegan General Hospital or LakeView Community Hospital, after September 1, 2002, please contact our Billing Service toll-free at 1 (800) 888-1634 as we do not have billing information in our office.

Collection Issues

Prescription Requests

For prescription requests or renewals, you must contact your primary care physician.  Once you are discharged from the Emergency Department, our physicians and midlevel providers do not write prescriptions.
